What's the Catch?

There is no catch. Through careful vetting and strategic partnerships, Homeferral® has established a comprehensive network of real estate service providers to guide you through the entire home buying process. By making these resources available, management companies are able to attract more renters. Furthermore, our real estate service providers are able to grow their businesses through our partnerships.

Homeferral® maintains a network of Preferred Agents that you can use to facilitate your real estate transaction. If you have an agent that you would prefer to use instead, you may request that they take part in the program, however, not all agents are eligible. An agent/brokerage that does not have an agreement with Homeferral® cannot be used in conjunction with this program

Schedule an appointment with a Homeferral® representative, and we can help connect you with one of our preferred agents. If you fill out the Already have a Real Estate Agent form a Homeferral® representative will contact both you and your agent.

The Home Purchase Freedom notice period is 60 days. This notice will need to be accompanied by a signed Agreement of Sale for the house you intend to purchase.

Contact the leasing office at your community as soon as you identify a need to extend your notice period. While Homeferral® cannot guarantee an extension will be granted, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
