Frequently Asked Questions

Berger Communities maintains a network of Preferred Agents that you can use to facilitate your real estate transaction. If you have an agent that you would prefer to use instead, you may request that they take part in the program, however, not all agents are eligible. An agent/brokerage that does not have an agreement with Berger Communities cannot be used in conjunction with this program

Schedule an appointment with a Berger representative, and we can help connect you with one of our preferred agents. If you fill out the Already have a Real Estate Agent form a Berger representative will contact both you and your agent.
The Home Purchase Freedom notice period is 60 days. This notice will need to be accompanied by a signed Agreement of Sale for the house you intend to purchase.

Contact the leasing office at your community as soon as you identify a need to extend your notice period. While Berger Communities cannot guarantee an extension will be granted, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
